I am baffled by the differences I continue to see in my children! I believe God has created us all uniquely, however there are some things that I think He has put inside us that are gender specific. How does a little boy who has never seen a gun, know how to make one with his finger? Or a little girl know that she loves anything that resembles a purse?!?
Little Pumpkin has this fascination with purses! She is most likely to have one on her arm at any given moment. .JPG)
I'm not a big purse girl. In fact I own less than 5 and I haven't carried one since Little Pumpkin has been born - what's the point with a diaper bag!
But this little girl LOVES her purses and already knows that one is not enough! It's got to be something God has put inside her. .JPG)
I'm comforted by the next verse also. . . "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; and your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Little Pumpkin, Little Lion and every one of us were made wonderfully ~ quirks and all.
I pray that they both grow to learn how wonderful that truly is and how much God loves them just the way they are. Wouldn't we all be better off to remember that ourselves, let me remind you: YOU ARE WONDERFULLY MADE!

Still learning this --I posted my comment on "dressing the Part - Sorry
