We are still alive . . . we survived at least 4 Christmas celebrations!
I am a bit overwhelmed with the amount of pics I have, but intend to get to that soon. But mostly looking forward to great things in the new year.
What are you most looking forward to in the coming year?
For me:
1. No more diapers! (hopefully and prayerfully)
2. Little Lion going to Kindergarten! I know he is going to LOVE school.
3. A family vacation!

That is a great list. I have the first one on mine also. I only have a very few diapers left and then we start.
ReplyDeleteI remember it like it was yesterday.. the day I used my last diaper. I called my husband at work and said..."don't come home without roses!".. as the phone fell silent and he pondered what horrible mistake he had unknowingly made he said "why?" I said, "I have just finished potty training your 4th child!" the phone was silent again... The bouqet was gorgeous! Hint Hint Daddy Lion!

Your #2 and #3 would be on my list too! I am excited for Aubs to start K. She will LOVE it. Looking forward to seeing your Christmas pics.
ReplyDeleteI am also overwhelmed by the amount of pictures I have from Christmas. I am looking forward to the new year also except my oldest will be starting 5th grade in '09. Where did the time go?
ReplyDeleteI love the no more diapers thing. Is that a reasonable optimism for a 2 1/2 year old boy? Only have girl experience and they were potty trained right at 2.
ReplyDeleteEach Christmas is special and as they grow, the early ones become more special.
ReplyDeleteWell, I love your no diapers idea, but after 8 years, I am going back to the diaper thing. Maybe in a couple of years I can rejoice in no diapers again. It is all worth it.
Hey, where is family reunion on the list?????
