I completed my third run on the newly acquired treadmill!
It's a 16 minute mile, but hey - it's a mile! Not to mention it's better than I ever did in school!
So keep asking me - I hope the constant questioning will keep me accountable. Especially since I skipped Curves this morning! *grin*
By the way, Hazel my face was pretty red afterwards - I might just beat you in that department! (no pun intended)

SOOO proud of you!!! But I am sure that there is no way possible your face could GLOW as red as mine!! Even my little engineer thinks it is funny!
